Unified Fitness Guidebook

Introduction

Now that you have completed the registration form, you are ready to begin! The Unified Fitness guide is linked below. Use the guidebook week by week to complete your exercises! You can access this guide on any electronic device, include a computer, phone, or iPad.

You and your partner will exercise together twice a week for 12 weeks. Each week you will review the educational material assigned to that week.

During Weeks 1 and 12, you will complete the Fitness Assessment. This assessment will help you track your progress over the 12 weeks. Be sure to input your fitness assessment results here:

Exercises

Click the button below for the exercise guide. Workouts are intended to last 60 minutes and include, warm ups, cardiovascular endurance, strength, and cool down exercises. Use the table of contents in the guide to navigate to each type of exercises. Choose an exercises based on your available equipment. If desired, print this form to create your weekly excercise plan throughout your Unified fitness journey!

Education

Depending on where you are in your 12-week journey, click on the corresponding week for the education topic. Review the topic with your partner. Discuss goals and changes you can make to improve your health as it relates to each topic.

Week 1 and Week 12 will not have an education topic. Instead during these weeks you will complete the fitness assessment. Click on Week 1 or Week 12 for details on the assessment.
