  • Wondering what is happening at SOPA? Our Events Calendar can be found on the website and includes all of the important events, competitions, meetings, calls and webinars.

  • Looking for COVID-19 vaccine information? SOPA has provided a Vaccine Education Center complete with FAQs, where to get vaccinated and a Local Program toolkit to help spread the word. You can access this page from the SOPA homepage.
  • Need a flyer or logo? You can find all kinds of templates that you can work from in our marketing dropbox. 
  • Looking for ways to encourage athletes to stay active? Stay up to date on our Commit to Fit health initiatives: In Person Training, Fitness Heptathlon or other challenges and fitness programming. 
  • Need help with Vsys? There are lots of great videos and resources on our Vsys Tips & Info page. 
  • Looking for some inspiration or miss T.E.A.M. Tuesdays or one of our events? Check out our videos on our SOPA YouTube channel 
  • Want to recruit more athletes? You can direct prospective athletes and families to our Become an Athlete page to complete the Athlete Registration (medical)
  • Looking for volunteer information? There is a great video and you can find all of the links to Become a Volunteer on the website.
