9:45 - 10 am: Athlete Warmup & Aerobics (Center of the track)
10:30 am - 12:30 pm: Track Events
- 25 M Dash (Wheelchair)
- 50 M Dash
- 100 M Dash / Walk
- 200 M Dash
- 400 M Dash / Walk
10:30 am - 12:30 pm: Field Events
- Shot Put
- Softball Throw
