Update Your Volunteer Trainings Today!

SOPA is in the process of cleaning up volunteer records in our database and we are hoping you can help us. In order to remain a Class A volunteer in Special Olympics all trainings must be update.

Below you will find instructions on how to update your profile.

1 - Go to the SOPA Online Portal at https://vsys.specialolympicspa.org/ to access your profile.

• Your User ID is your email address.
• If it is your first time logging in, click "Forgot Password?" A new password will be emailed to your email address (User ID) immediately following.

2 - Once you log in scroll to the bottom of the page, there you will fine:

Volunteer Requirements Checklist Status Bar – This will tell you if you need to update any of your important records to maintain you status as a Class A volunteer

General Orientation Training:

• If training is “incomplete” click on hyperlink to take you to the training
• Protective Behaviors Training:
• If training is “incomplete” click on hyperlink to take you to the training
• Concussion Awareness Training:
• If training is “incomplete” click on hyperlink to take you to the training
