Pittsburgh, PA – Yes, you read that correctly… Top Golf is a Special Olympics sport! Top Golf is a golf driving range game with electronically tracked golf balls and automatically scored drives that started in 2000 and grew to become a multinational sports entertainment company.
Special Olympics PA – the Three Rivers Region is very excited to bring this opportunity to our athletes in Southwestern PA. Top Golf allows for athletes of all abilities and Unified partners to participate in practice and competitive experiences free of charge. Top Golf provides everything that is needed for athletes to get started so athletes with little or a lot of golf experience are encouraged to try it out! It is our hope that Top Golf will create more comfortability with golf and allow for more golfers to experience Special Olympics grass golf in the spring and summer season.
