Main Street Torch Run
The Main Street Torch Run is led by law enforcement and invites local businesses and the community to come together to support the Special Olympics Pennsylvania athletes and programming in their region. The Main Street Torch Run will mobilize the community to carry the Special Olympics flame of hope through their local town's "main street" and key landmarks to raise funds and awareness. Each Torch Run will be between one to five miles and will showcase the power of inclusion by allowing all members of the community to participate in this event - whether they choose to run, walk or cheer the torch on.
