- SIGN UP NOW to take the plunge and raise money for Special Olympics!
- CREATE A TEAM: Grab your closest friends and plunge together!
- TELL EVERYONE & SPREAD THE WORD!!!
Don't want to jump? No problem! There are other options for you...
- TOO CHICKEN TO PLUNGE: You can still raise funds & awareness for a wonderful cause while staying warm and dry. Just register & choose "Too Chicken"!
- VIRTUAL PLUNGE: Based on last year's virtual event, you can join us once again by signing up to do the POLAR POP!
The Pittsburgh Polar Plunge raises funds and awareness for Special Olympics Pennsylvania. Plungers commit to “Freezin’ for a Reason” by jumping into the frigid pools outside Heinz Field. Spectators can cheer on individuals or teams from the viewing areas, and join us for food, entertainment, vendors, kids’ activities and more!
