Submitting Fundraising Event Requests:

• When do you need to submit this request? If you are running or participating in an event that requires staff and/or athlete participation on behalf of SOPA - please provide as much lead time as possible

  • RESOURCES FOR MANAGERS, ASST. MANAGERS, SPORT & COMPETITION, TRAINING, FUNDRAISING, AND COVID-19 COORDINATORS -> Fundraising Action and Mitigation Form

• What happens once you fill out the form? Please fill out the form with as much information as you can; you will receive an email confirming your request and get connected with the development director in your region
  • This confirmation will include a link to the participant waiver with instructions on how to submit them upon completion
  • Every person representing SOPA (Including Athletes and Staff) must complete this prior to the event date
