Marketing Assistance for Local Programs

Special Olympics Pennsylvania is happy to offer assistance to local programs/team with respect to public relations, media and marketing materials. This is in addition to the resource and templates that can be found in our local program/regional Dropbox folders. Please see lean more below:

PR Request Form – Do you need to get the word out about things going on within your program? Or, are you looking to build relationships with your local media? Please use this form to request the development of any media materials (Press Release, Pitch, Media Advisory, Media List), or to request the review of materials that you have created. Be sure to fill out all of the fields on this form as completely as possible. This will help us to determine the level of support and type of communications needed for your project. This form will also help us to prioritize your project along with others in production.

SOPA Stories – Do you have an amazing athlete or volunteer story? Please add information about it to this story and help us spread the word about our amazing volunteers and athletes. The goal of this form is to collect stories about individuals in our organization and then share them via our social media channels, e-newsletters, and potentially with the media.

Marketing Materials – Do you need help with the development of new marketing communications materials (flyers, t-shirts, brochures, etc.), need existing materials updated, or need approval on a design?
