Volunteers are the backbone of Special Olympics Pennsylvania. Without our volunteers, we’d never be able to provide competition, leadership, health and so many other opportunities to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Pennsylvania.

Our volunteers are agents of change. They’re the entire reason we’re able to provide an inclusive and welcoming community to over 15,000 athletes. How could we not dedicate this month to the thousands of volunteers making a difference?
From coaching and mentoring to organizing events and cheering in the stands, your dedication powers everything we do. You give your time, energy, passion, patience, and heart. It never goes unnoticed.
