Yesterday, Special Olympics Pennsylvania athlete Israel Scialabba earned the opportunity of a lifetime — to play in the Special Olympics + NBA Cares Unified All-Star Game in Chicago with players and legends from the WNBA and NBA. And… HE. BALLED. OUT.

In a thrilling 44-43 victory for the East All-Stars at the United Center, Izzy made significant contributions to the winning effort.
His final stats: 8 PTS (4-6, 0-1), 5 REB, 2 AST, 2 STL, 3 TO
For the majority of his minutes, Izzy ran the point and displayed an array of skills, including fantastic handles and breakaway speed. It was an honor to watch him — and all the other Special Olympics athletes and WNBA/NBA players — compete on the biggest stage!
