Carbondale’s Olivia Manarchuck honored by LIAA

The Lackawanna Interscholastic Athletic Association (LIAA) selects one athlete from each of its member schools each year. Olivia Manarchuck is a member of the Unified Bocce & Track and Field teams as well as the varsity soccer team!
