> General Registration is $50; all registrants will receive the Pittsburgh Plunge T-Shirt.

> Show up ready to plunge in proper attire on plunge day.

> Jump into a chilly pool outside the stadium for the athletes of Special Olympics Pennsylvania!

Not Plunging?

> Spectators can cheer on individuals and teams from the viewing areas, join us at PLUNGETOWN for food and entertainment, and can also sign up with a one-time $50 donation as ‘Too Chicken to Plunge’ in support of our athletes.

Super Plunge – Friday, February 2, 2024

• At Station Square
• Super Plunge starts at 6 pm
• Commit to plunge 24 times in four hours
• Food will be provided

Cool Schools Plunge – Friday, February 23, 2024

• At Acrisure Stadium
• Arrive starting at 9 am - 12 pm
• Bus parking at designated locations
• Plunge starts at 9 am

Happy Hour Plunge – Friday, February 23, 2024

• At Acrisure Stadium
• Arrive starting at 2 pm
• Plunge starts at 3 pm

General Plunge – Saturday, February 24, 2024

• At Acrisure Stadium
• Registration opens at 9 am
• Opening Ceremonies start at 11 am
• First to Freeze Law Enforcement Plunge starts after Opening Ceremonies
• General Plunge starts at 11:30 am

> Pop a water balloon filled with cold water over your head, or over the heads of friends and family members, to show your support of Special Olympics. This option is open to everyone and is perfect for people who are unable to attend the in-person plunge.
