WELCOME BACK
- Rita Schofield, Interim Database Manager
We are grateful that Rita Schofield has agreed to work part-time for 4 months (September – December) as our Database Manager until we resume our candidate search in January 2022. Rita will manage administrative tasks (training new users, system access, etc.). While she won’t be working on projects (pre-season sports rosters, volunteer retention, online athlete registration roll out, etc.), we are so grateful that she’ll be managing our day-to-day operations to keep our database functioning and moving forward.

STAFF CHANGES
- Kathy Guy, Senior Administrative Manager
We are also excited to share that Kathy Guy will be transitioning to a new regional role: Senior Administrative Manager. Kathy has led our Allegheny program for MANY years and has helped to position this program for future success. In her new role we will benefit from her experience and organizational knowledge as she will support Regions 2, 3 and 9.
As a result of this change, we have posted for the Allegheny Director position with the goal of elevating that hire to the Region 9 Executive Director in January 2023. Once that position is filled, we will also post for the Allegheny Sport Director which is currently vacant. Kathy will assist in transitioning both of these positions and will officially assume her new role January 1, 2022.
