Exercise at Home with School of Strength

The health and safety of our athletes and volunteers is our number one priority.

Many of us are staying home right now –– including Special Olympics PA athletes — so we are taking steps to help them keep active in a safe environment (more details on that to follow).

But for now, Special Olympics Inc. is excited to share their latest program, in partnership with WWE: School of Strength. School of Strength lets athletes train and focus on their fitness goals from the comfort of their home. Plus, you and your family can join in too!  Check out the videos, Fitness Tracker, and our playbook for coaches >>

School of Strength

This program covers everything from flexibility to balance to strength. You can set goals in their Fitness Tracker before you work out with the videos!  All you need is a rug or mat, water bottle, chair or sturdy object, and enough space to get moving.

School of Strength also features tools for coaches and caregivers. Downloadable kits contain tips on making fitness fun for the whole family, encouraging athletes to make healthy nutritional choices, and more.

All year long we’re dedicated to helping Special Olympics athletes succeed on the field, off the field, and at home. Click the link below to learn more about School of Strength today >>
