Move Challenge

Track your exercise minutes each week in pursuit of a season goal.

Join the SONA Move Challenge!

The #SONAStride Challenge has been re-vamped for this Spring and will be rolled out to Programs as The SONA Move Challenge!  Instead of a distance challenge tracking miles or kilometers, the #SONAMove Challenge will ask participants to track the total number of minutes they engage in intentional exercise over the course of 8 weeks.  Click here to view the SONA Move Challenge flyer.
