Sam's Club Annual Fundraising Campaign

Huge thanks to Sam’s Club Market 24 for presenting Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA) with a check for $46,179.45 to support our mission.

Sam's Club considers it their responsibility to make a positive impact in the community. Whether it's through grants and donations or the inspiring volunteer efforts of their associates, they are passionate about helping people live better. The Market 24 District has given tremendous support to SOPA, and this most recent donation is the result of their annual fundraising campaign.

Chevron/Pro Football Alumni Charity Golf Invitational

A huge thank you is extended to Chevron and the Pro Football Alumni for making Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA) the beneficiary of its Charity Golf Outing again this year which raised a record $150,000 to support our mission.

The Chevron/Pro Football Alumni Charity Golf Invitational, held on July 16, 2018 at the Allegheny Country Club, was a celebrity golf tournament where every participating group was teamed up with a retired pro football alumni player or coach. Pro Football Hall of Fame members Jack Ham and Bobby Bell, along with other Pittsburgh Steelers legends, Rocky Bleier, Robin Cole, and Mike Wagner were in attendance.
